Dr. Amanda Lezanski-Gujda is an accomplished board-certified dermatologist. She graduated summa cum laude with a dual degree in Psychology and Spanish Language and Literature from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She completed advanced training programs at Georgetown University and received her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Lezanski was accepted by the F. Edward Hébert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program and commissioned as an officer in the United States Army while in medical school. She then completed her internship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, after which she was stationed at Ft. Hood, Texas as a battalion field surgeon. Dr. Lezanski completed her residency and was selected as a chief resident in dermatology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and was awarded the David C. Leach Award for her medical expertise and exceptional patient care services.
Dr. Lezanski is not only a highly trained dermatologist that treats all skin conditions including pediatrics, adults, cosmetics and skilled in skin cancers surgeries, but she is also a dynamic leader and educator in dermatology. She has been praised for her surgical skills, compassion, dedication to patient care and holistic approach to diagnosing and treating dermatologic conditions in patients of all ages.
